About the role:

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and passionate Marketing Executive to join the team at Runwood Homes.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that enhances our brand presence and promotes the outstanding work taking place across our homes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Writing impactful press releases to promote Runwood Homes' projects, events, achievements, and successes.
• Supporting and monitoring the social media content across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Supporting digital marketing activity to maximise reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Conducting market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activity, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Assisting with the ongoing management of the Runwood Homes website and ensuring all digital marketing platforms remain accurate, relevant, and up to date.
• Supporting the wider marketing team with promotional materials, brand initiatives, and event marketing.

This role is fully office-based.

About you:

The successful Marketing Executive will have proven experience within a marketing role. You will have a creative mindset with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience using tools including Canva and Photoshop is advantageous, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. We require our Marketing Executives to have excellent written and communication skills, and a strong ability  to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is essential.

A degree in Marketing or other related fields is advantageous.
