About the role:
The Procurement Administrator will join the team to support with a varied range of tasks that will see them facilitating and monitoring existing contracts, while also sourcing products and raising purchase orders. This Procurement Administrator role plays a critical part in maintaining supplier relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring existing contracted services are maintained in line with expectations. The Procurement Administrator will collaborate with our teams at site level, internally and with external suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.

About you:
The successful Procurement Administrator will ideally have at least 5 years experience in an administrative role – experience in procurement is desirable but not essential. We require our Procurement Administrator to have experience with invoice reconciliation and a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel is essential. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, preferably with experience in both customer-facing and business-facing roles as well as an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
