Regional Training Coordinator

Runwood Homes is one of the UK’s largest residential elderly care providers recently placed in the top 20 care home groups in the uk.  The Group operates 76 homes in England and Northern Ireland under three brands, Runwood Senior Living, Sanders Senior Living and Kathryn Homes (Northern Ireland only). 

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented Trainer to join the Runwood team, covering homes based in and around the Hertfordshire/Essex Borders on a full-time basis. 

Being a member of our team, you will be passionate, caring and committed about both your role, your trainees, and the difference you can make to our residents.

You will be an experienced Trainer having worked in a large multi-sited organisation, preferably within the health care sector.

You will be responsible for supporting our care homes covering the Essex/Hertfordshire area, you must have a driving licence and be comfortable travelling to multiple sites in one day.
