CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER

Hours of work: 40 hours per week 

Runwood Homes is one of the UK’s largest residential elderly care providers recently placed in the top 20 care home groups in the uk.  The Group operates 76 homes in England and Northern Ireland under three brands, Runwood Senior Living, Sanders Senior Living and Kathryn Homes (Northern Ireland only). 

Historically a local authority focused estate, our ambition is to transition towards a stronger private pay mix, developing our current estate and adding new homes to help achieve this.

We currently have an opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Customer Relations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving their allocated homes private occupancy. Your base site may change from time to time based on occupancy demands, this will remain in the same geographical region as your base site.
