Location: To cover homes across Essex
Hours of work: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday but flexibility required.

We are recruiting for a Regional Facilities Coordinator to manage and maintain the homes environments within a set region consisting of x13 care homes. Ensuring building and environments meet a high standard and initiate a proactive schedule of future works. Monitoring maintenance standards including the performance of homes maintenance staff at each of the homes.
The successful candidate will need to have relevant experience and ideally have worked in a similar environment. The candidate will have good overall knowledge of how a care home building works as will be first point of call for issues/repairs and will need to be able to triage the calls and discuss repair options over the phone or in person.
Each day will be different so you will need to be very organised, proactive and have a find and fix mentality.

Experience / Qualification:
Experience in a similar role essential.
Driving license is essential.
