Role: Regional Operations Director
Hours of work: 40 hours per week and on-call

Kathryn Homes is seeking a motivated professional to join the team as Regional Operations Manager.
The Regional Operations Manager will support teams across our 12 homes in Northern Ireland to ensure activities are performed and care is delivered to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will hold a social work or nursing qualification and must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in a senior role.
With strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively, and sensitively, with staff, residents, relatives, external professionals and regulatory bodies, the successful candidate will also have sound financial acumen with working knowledge of accounts.
Kathryn Homes, led by a locally based Board of experienced professionals, is committed to delivering high standards of person-centred nursing, residential, dementia, respite and palliative care across our homes in Northern Ireland where it provides 20 RQIA registered services.
