Clinical Lead Nurse

At Runwood Homes we are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse with a passion for enhancing the quality of life to join us at St Michaels Court Nursing home. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you have responsibility for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care, promoting independence and dignity whilst positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care. 

 

You must be a registered nurse with experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the home.  You must have previous nursing background

This Position will be based on a 40 hour per week contract, which will consist of 24 hours Clinical practice and 16 hours supernumary admin.

 

Ideally you will have some Nursing Home experience and possess good IT skills and knowledge of PCS. The successful candidate must possess good oral and written communication skills as you will be working directly with the public.

 

A knowledge of RTT would also be desirable, as the role will involve supporting the Registered Home Manager Regional to validate/update patient’s pathways.
