HR Advisor

Runwood Homes is a market leader in the provision of high quality residential and nursing homes for senior living across mainland UK and within Northern Ireland and employs c5000 staff.

Being a member of a small and supportive team, you will be passionate, caring and committed about both your role, your team and the difference you can make to our residents.

You will be an experienced CIPD qualified or part qualified HR Advisor used to working across a large multi-sited, service-driven and highly regulated organisation, preferably within the health care sector.

Working at our Head Office you will be responsible for supporting and advising our Care Home Managers across mainland UK and Northern Ireland, on all staff management matters within a defined region.

You will have proven HR experience and good planning and organisational skills, be confident and collaborative in your approach and have the skills necessary to engage and enable the delivery of the overall HR service.
