Job Overview: 

You will be responsible for a portfolio of homes in your designated region and will be expected to manage, develop and support the home managers to ensure the homes achieve full compliance with all regulatory bodies and provide a high quality of service to our residents.

Experience / Qualification:     

Practical experience of working in a regional role for a minimum of 2 years.

Have a valid, clean driving license and own transport which can be used for business purposes, business mileage will be paid.

Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adult Residential Management) Wales and Northern Ireland 

Have detailed knowledge of legislation applying to the care sector
