Ideally you will have Nursing Home experience and possess good IT skills and knowledge of Auditing and measuring performance. The successful candidate must possess good oral and written communication skills as you will be working directly with the public.

A knowledge of auditing, care planning, supporting and developing staff, would also be desirable, as the role will involve supporting the Company Regional Care Director to validate audits and measure governance.

Please note that this is an extremely busy role.

Time Management, clerical skills, and experience in report writing are essential to this post and an applicant would have to display good interpersonal skills at interview
