Examples of employment tasks:

Supervise Residents medical health and social health, which requires a multidisciplinary approach where you will lead a team and liaise with a range of associated healthcare professionals including GPs, health visitors, nutritionists, tissue viability staff, district nurses, community nurses, hygienists and therapists.
Oversee, check and complete documents with the care staff and check that all assessments have been delivered
Provides expert support in the delivery of care and supervise senior carers and carers
Provides clear and accurate health advice through focussed conversations;
Conducts initial investigation with service users/residents to obtain relevant fact find;
Maintain knowledge of all available services and products available.

Skills Required for the Role:

The successful applicant must:

Have obtained an NQF Level 6 (or equivalent Qualification)
Have excellent communication skills
Have good team working skills
Have the required knowledge for the job role
Have the key skills to undertake the tasks which are listed above
