Job Overview:    

Leading a small care team of staff you will maximise quality of life for all our residents, some of whom may be living with dementia, and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home. Attention to detail and good team skills are essential.  

Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by applicant. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.

GOLDEN HELLO

This post attracts, a recruitment incentive payment a ‘Golden Hello’. This is a payment made to you on the understanding that you will remain in the employment of Runwood Homes for a period of no less than one year. This is a ‘one-off’ lump sum payment of £500.00 which will be paid to you following the first four weeks on your employment. This payment is subject to tax and national insurance payments.

This payment is made on the condition of the satisfactory completion of a six-month probationary period. Satisfactory completion of probation includes completion of your induction, good performance, good attendance and up-to-date compliance with mandatory training.

In the event of either the termination of your employment on grounds of the unsuccessful completion of your probation, or your resignation from employment for any reason within your first year of employment, you agree to repay to the Company the total amount paid to you or a proportion thereof as set out below. The Company reserves the right to deduct such monies from any final pay. If the total amount exceeds the final salary, you agree to repay the excess over a period to be determined by the Company.
