Training & Development Manager

 

Runwood Homes specialises in high quality care for older people, including those living with dementia and who require general nursing. With over 70 residential care homes across England and Northern Ireland and a number of Day Centres, care is at the heart of what we do.

 

About the role

You will be an experienced Training and Development Manager working in a large multi-sited organisation, preferably within the health care sector. With a good track record of designing and delivering training programmes and the ability to manage a team of national trainers.

Being a member of our team, you will need to be passionate, caring and committed about both your role, your team and the difference you can make to our residents.

You will also be responsible for leading and developing the Company training and development strategy and shaping its succession plan; supporting the delivery of existing training and eLearning packages and in managing the Company’s Apprenticeship scheme and levy.

About you

We are looking for someone that has proven people management and organisational skills, be confident and collaborative in your approach and have the skills necessary to lead and enable the delivery of training and development that underpins safe care and excellence and is essential to our continually growing business.
