Home Manager

We are recruiting a Home Manager to work within a care home based in Doncaster.

Rowena House is a 40 bedroom residential care home situated in Conisbrough, Doncaster. This spacious South Yorkshire care home provides expert care for older people, including those living with dementia. Rowena House offers 24 hour expert residential care, specialises in dementia care and can also provide short stay care and respite care for those requiring short term care in the regions of Doncaster, Rotherham and the surrounding areas.You will be actively involved in all care aspects within the Home including managing staff teams, managing budgets and ensuring the quality of the service meets the care standards.

You must have strong leadership skills and decision-making responsibilities on a day to day basis.

You will be overseeing a 40-bed residential care home and must have previous experience of managing a home of this size.

To be considered for this position you must have the following

• Minimum NVQ 4/5, Registered Manager’s Award or similar
• Must have previous Home Manager experience
• Sustained Good CQC in an independent care home facility for a minimum of 2 reports
• Private funding experience
