We are recruiting a Home Manager (Nurse) to work within a care home based in Belfast.
Clifton Nursing Home is a 100 bed modern care home situated in Belfast. This spacious home provides expert care for older people, including those living with dementia or in need of general nursing.
We strive to create a homely environment at Clifton Nursing Home and we provide all the comforts of good food, good company and friendly staff, in a calm and restful atmosphere. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished, with en-suite toilet facilities. The home also has excellent amenities, including comfortable lounges in which residents can relax. In addition we have a dedicated area for dementia care, designed to enable those we care for to maintain their independence in a safe environment.
You will be actively involved in all care aspects within the Home including managing staff teams, managing budgets and ensuring the quality of the service meets the care standards.
You must have strong leadership skills and decision-making responsibilities on a day to day basis.
You will be overseeing a 100-bed residential care home and must have previous experience of managing a home of this size.
