Home Manager

We are recruiting a Home Manager to work within a care home based in Rossington.

Gattison House is a 36 bed home situated in Gattison Lane, Rossington. This spacious home provides expert care for older people, including those living with dementia.

We strive to create a homely environment at Gattison House.  All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and the home has excellent amenities and a dedicated area for dementia care, designed to enable those we care for to maintain their independence in a safe environment.

You will be actively involved in all care aspects within the Home including managing staff teams, managing budgets and ensuring the quality of the service meets the care standards.

You must have strong leadership skills and decision-making responsibilities on a day to day basis.

You will be overseeing a 36-bed residential care home and must have previous experience of managing a home of this size.

To be considered for this position you must have the following

• Minimum NVQ 4/5, Registered Manager’s Award or similar
• Sustained Good CQC in an independent care home facility for a minimum of 2 reports
• Private funding experience
