Lower Meadow is a newly built 69 bed care home situated in Stratford Upon Avon.
This spacious home provides expert care for older people, including those living with dementia. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced care home manager, who is self-motivated, committed, reliable, and passionate about the quality of care given to our residents.
You will be actively involved in all care aspects within the Home including managing staff teams, managing budgets and ensuring the quality of the service meets the care standards.
You must have strong leadership skills and decision-making responsibilities on a day to day basis.
You will be overseeing a 70-bed residential care home and must have previous experience of managing a home of this size
